OUR STORY
Headrest coffee was created through covid-19 pandemic in August of 2020. Proudly built by hand and immigrant owned. All started with shop on Irving, former botanica, a few bags of concrete, and an appreciation to natural materials with desire to serve the best coffee it is to locals. Our inspiration was always raw environments, that taking over by a plant life. We implemented it in creating green atmosphere of the store, that also keeps our air pure.
Our priority to stay environmentally conscious and sustainable in every aspect of our business.

Always getting the freshest beans from local guys, Stumptown Coffee Roasters! Pulling thick Hairbender doubles;) Pouring freezing cold drafted Nitro, Cold Brew, & Kombucha
You can find Chamellia teas, Donna Chai, Ceremonial matcha in our location. Our assortment of alternative milks includes Califia Almond, Oatly and Tache Pistachio milk.

Daily baking in the house all the goodness that you love. Freshness is important to us! Well-known for our delicious croissants and breads in the borough.

We take our coffee craft seriously. Our believes includes: accuracy, consistency, precision in every cup. Controlling extraction of our espresso and balancing it out with velvety silky milk we guarantee quality of your beverage.
